Sang Hoon Degeimbre is the chef of the two Michelin starred restaurant L’Air du temps. As he wanted to be able to welcome anyone interesting in his cuisine (tasty but healthy, respectful of nature and body, gastronomy and ethics), he developed the concept SAN. It is a bistro located in the iconic and historical part of Brussels; Sablon. Tasting menu is comprised of 5 dishes, aiming to offer his cooking to a larger audience. Each dish is named and inspired after an international city, and is cooked around the beautiful products coming from there. Creating maybe the most affordable way to travel for food.
