Noma Under the Bridge

Even when they're trying to hide under a bridge, Noma can't stay out of streetlights. As they closed their iconic first restaurant, it's now turning into more of a movement with popup restaurants around the world, and just simple inviting family dinners at home. Testing, perfecting, but whilst keeping it maybe simpler than ever, this temporary home shows you a simpler side that you haven't seen before — and may not see again. And in terms of those iconic dishes we have learned to expect, the vulgar and brutalist cauliflower with squid ink and fennel flowers won't go unnoticed in its resemblance to an Arctic disaster.
