Sa Nansa

Pedro and Pepita run this traditional seafood restaurant that is regarded as one of the best in Spain (and therefor also the world) and it’s particularly excellent for dinner when that big hot grapefruit in the sky is slowly making its way down the horizon. Sa Nansa is a reference for a particular local rice dish - Arroz a banda - that is cooked in a huge pan that you just want to keep scraping the last crunchy bits off till dawn.
