where you need to eat right now

The difficult second album. The challenge is to try and evolve without forcing the listeners to. Little has changed in their lives since you last saw each other, but everything has in yours. But when Isaac, Johnny and Daniel decides to start a second restaurant, they do everything you're not supposed to do. They move further central from the East London that was always part of their narrative. They stop cooking 'new British' which they finally have got the food critics to stop whining about and truly understand. And instead they open a refined Italian restaurant, in Clerkenwell, on a street where only one chef has succeeded before - Fergus Henderson. And judging by the first visits, their grouse ravioli will join roast bone marrow on toast as a St John Street legend.
